Eligible for Refund

A refund request will be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

• The cancellation request is received within 24 hours of purchase

• Access to the test series has not been activated

• No test content, questions, solutions, or analytics have been viewed or used

If the above conditions are satisfied, the refund will be processed after verification.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Access to the test series has already been granted

• Any part of the test content has been accessed, attempted, or viewed

• The refund request is made after 24 hours from the time of purchase

• Partial usage of tests, solutions, reports, or mentorship resources

Cancellation Policy

Before Test Series Activation

• You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not accessed any test content.

• To initiate cancellation, please contact us via email or the support contact form.

• Once cancellation is approved:

  • Access to the test series will be revoked

  • A refund will be processed if eligible (as per the refund policy)

After Accessing Test Series

• Once you begin using the test series or access the first test, cancellation is not permitted

• No refunds will be issued after course or test content has been accessed, regardless of usage extent
